Cons

very competitive for comission, your are micromanaged , not a lot of room to grow

Pros

AllianceOne gives entry level job seekers a platform to start their career. Most of the openings are entry level and give you opportunities to advance into multiple departments and locations. Along with ongoing training and development there are employee events, fun competitions, awesome benefits, and a friendly working environment.

Cons

AllianceOne is a very goal oriented company. If you are big on reaching goals this company is the place to be! It can be difficult not to be hard on yourself when you miss one of your goals, but the potential incentives/commission on top of the hourly pay is worth it.

Pros

40 hours guaranteed, some over time like once a month

Cons

You're collecting from the worst people and from very old accounts, they expect you to hit a goal, after you hit that goal whatever you make is counted as commission but you only get a percentage of that and if you don't fall within the top 10 of the whole office you get lower then 30%... they hire delinquents
