Great family atmosphere, plenty of times where we had fun even if the management and consumers on the phone made work life difficult

Cons

Management full on SUCKS. All about who can get up each others butt the most while leaving the peons that BRING IN THE MONEY THAT MAKES THIS COMPANY to scramble and try to make a living while you continue to cut commission structures. Not to mention the "QA" department.....continuously coming up with new rules so that we wouldn't offend the smallest mouse, forgetting that this is COLLECTIONS and NOT customer service!
