Pros

- Nice colleagues. - Nice canteen (but a bit expensive). - Busy environment, no time to get bored. - Salary is quite good for an entry level.

Cons

- The location is terrible, especially if you don't drive. The business park is in the middle of nowhere: depressing. - The management is a total joke. Zero training, zero leadership, zero management skills; those people became managers only because of their connections / friendships (gossip is the name of the game). If you don't have any friend in the management, don't expect any promotion. - Daily targets are completely unrealistic and barely reached. Employees feel frustrated and demotivated all day long. - No communication between departments: no one is going on the same direction. Each department has his own procedure, his own IT system, his own delay to answer. If you need to involve more than 2 departments to have your job done, this can be a real mess! - No outstanding support in the department; good elements are overwhelmed by questions and queries, when others are harassed to improve their target. - The salary is pre-defined and no raises can be accepted. - The IT system!!

Pros

no pros for this company

Cons

Before considering working for this company, you should take your time and read through all the reviews and make your own picture. It has been all said. To put it short: If you value yourself then do not start working there, this is my advice. This company reminds me of a farytale named Hensel and Gretel. The company tries to get you in, feed you with lies, promises and values that dont exist and once you are fat enough they will burn (out) you alive. Before that happens: GET OUT - which is another good movie picturing the circumstances. Have fun ready through all the bad reviews which are somewhat entertaining, if they would not be true. I am not sure if the review still exist but someone wrote an review based on the alphabet ... he/she really could find for every letter a con XD

Pros

- Work from home option for overtime and bank holidays - Toil - Flexible hours

Cons

-Quantity over quality. Even if the management keep saying otherwise, it doesn’t matter if a claim is poorly processed as long as you process as many as you can. Making you feel like you are just a robot. -There is no incentive to work hard. No matter how motivated you are it wont make any difference at the end. No point wasting energy doing a good job when people doing less than the minimum will have the same salary at the end (or even more). -It feels like HR is just waiting for everybody to quit. Working there made me feel so underappreciated. Apart from a “good name” on the CV there’s no means to progress your career and many companies around Dublin know how bad it is there so they know you are desperate to leave. -Some of the new hires have started with a higher pay than people that have been working for the company for years despite doing the same job which is deeply unfair and demotivating. Even though this issue has been raised many times, nothing has changed. -Working with very frustrated people makes you become one. People are nice but nobody wants to be there. -Managers unaware of the product you are working on, and how over complicated some of them are. it might be because they are incompetent or because they don’t care. -Software and computer are terribly slow and crash regularly -Location is terrible : it feels like a ghost town
