Bad location Management is totally unefficient and doesn t provide anything good to the team, many people are living due to the stressful job. People getting promoted because they are friends with a manager IT system is completely outdated, it is getting worse overtime, and upper management doesn t pay attention to this as we are supposed to come across those kind of IT issues once in a while, but actually an issue pops up every single day. Most people leave the office depressed and/or unhappy. Managers spend their time on Fb or gossiping on their colleagues or treat them almost like cattle. They do not find anyone to replace the people that are leaving to a better place, which honestly very easy to find. It is absolutely not a good place to work at, even though the brand name is great, it is sad to find such irresponsible people having the reins of the Allianz healthcare branch.
