      Room for growth. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Ask a lot of questions to see about the turnover in your department and those you will work with. Difficult to get a raise, make sure you get hired at a good salary.

      Met some nice people Didn't have far to travel from home Christmas bonus was good

      Company completely strips you of any personality you may have, worst atmosphere I have ever worked in, not enough opportunities to move up within the company, promotions are always given to the less qualified for the job simply because they are 'yes' men and will do what management want them to do, they do not want outspoken people with ideas and opinions of their own to work for them, they simply want drones who agree with everything they say or do, plenty of team leaders in there have no idea what they are doing and make mistakes daily and blame it on their staff. Training for new staff is appalling, months spent taking out staples and stuffing envelopes before being thrown onto a computer and not one member of staff in the department knows the right way of doing a task because they have all been told different information fed down by management who haven't got a clue either but then blame their staff if it's wrong!!

      Incredible HR infrastructure¨: Business Partners for every functional area, in-company trainings for different positions, corporate intranet and TV, access to corporate benefits and discount program, internal climate survey, etc, etc, etc

      Shortage of career opportunities, not really integrated ERP
