      Pros

      They try to provide you with ample breaks to break up the call volume. The call volume is not as much as other call centers.

      Cons

      Team leaders need to work on coaching associates a little better. Also it would be beneficial to send out more reminders to associates so they know how to better handle certain situations.

      Pros

      Before becoming a parent, Fitness was a huge part of my life. Now as a single parent, I have very limited time for anything outside of work and taking care of my child. I started to become depressed and defeated because something I love so dearly had been taken away. I decided to take action. I spoke with my manager, and I asked to come in 30 minutes early for an hour lunch. There was no hesitation on her part. My permanent schedule was updated before the end of my shift. I now have an hour to take care of myself. I am truly humble and appreciative of this opportunity.

      No downside. I appreciate my employer.
