      Cut back on vacation days, worse benefits

      Pros

      Good people work here. Nice building.

      Cons

      The CEO is the worst and is only concerned about numbers not people. Since he came alot of things have changed here, some good, more bad. He cut back on vacation days and benefits, and keeps moving call center jobs like mine out of Richmond to Mexico. A ton of good people have left to get jobs somewhere else. The building is now half empty and is being rented out to other companies. Sad to see this happening.

      Pros

      I work in the Richmond location which is a beautiful building with a cafeteria, a Starbucks coffee shop and fitness center. We have a big backyard with a walking path around the property and a picnic pavilion. These things are great, but especially love the people I work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any specific concerns about working here. I'm happy.

      Pros

      People are friendly, positively encouraged to give 100% at all times and a happy work life balance.

      Cons

      Objectives can be hard to achieve as you're often tasked with exciting new challenges to work on, not a business for the faint hearted or the 9 - 5 ers who just want a job.
