      Disproportionate focus on targets places workers under unfair pressures.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good atmosphere with management that are friendly on a personal level.

      Cons

      Too much of the focus is on the quantify of work and not it being of high quality. Clear disconnect between those setting targets and the strain this places on the ability to accurately complete your daily tasks in this role.

      Pros

      - A great entry level job for people wanting to work in case management or studying allied health - Flexible working hours (ie. good for uni students) as you can work full time and study due to it being 24/7 call centre and availability of early, late and overnight shifts - Potential to work overseas (if you impress the right people) - Secondments are available in other departments should you wish to dip your toe in another area of the business

      - Lack of leadership among management - Lack of work life balance - long hours (10 hour days) and very little say in what shifts you are rostered on - Favouritism among management - Lack of support in terms of debriefing, stress and fatigue management - Only ever hear negative feedback, never positive
