There is practically no diversity as it pertains to race--particularly at the management level and above, which is essentially all white. Company doesn't think this is an issue, though, and it's not something that is ever discussed. Also, there is a great deal of favoritism with individuals managing teams that don't have the skill set to manage.

Pay is a bit on the low side. They say they want everyone to be transparent and honest but management is very secretive and will use your honesty against you. Micromanaging. They treat their employees like children with strict schedules and time keeping practices. Big into you not talking about your pay even though telling you not to violates federal law. They talk a lot about work life balance but do little to actually make it better.
