      Pros

      A lot of great benefits to help you self improve. Great annual bonus. Fair pay. The company will invest in you if you show your worth. Relaxed professional setting with easy to talk to management. Real open door policy. Internal international career advancements available. Lots of team building functions.

      Cons

      Better training for middle management. Better health insurance. I do not have anything bad to say about this company, I feel it was the best career choice I made and I plan on retiring from this company.

      Pros

      flexibility, relaxed environment and will learn a lot about insurance and asset management wolrd. It was a really beautiful experience and a good starting point

      Cons

      I don't know actually. Maybe the fact that you have learned many things about the company and specific company process but afterwads you haven't the possibility to get a full time offer
