Some good people, although most leave within a year

- Job specification had nothing to do with what the actual job was. - Product people spend 90% of time doing QA. - If you are not french you have a disadvantage. - Structure is a mess. - Salary below market average. - HR stick so rigidly to processes that they forget to have a human touch and evaluate each situation on it's own. - Motivation is generally low.

Interview was so easy for automation testing

Cons

No offer is shared with the candidate when told them they were selected. In middle they start looking for other candidates who work with them in lower salary and at the the people who all are selected neither reply on mail or answer the call about offer

If and only if you are in France The place is very nice Working hour are reasonable

Cons

Outside country with union, the company behaves very badly with employees... Everything are done for the shareholders (less investments, less salary increase, to training budget) even when results are amazing. They clearly doesn't care about people except if constraint by the law/union. Internal survey over the last 3 years are very bad...
