      30 days vacation Summer timetable Good benefits such as private medical insurance, tickets restaurant etc Profitable growing business at airlines expense

      Terrible and greedy management that have no clue how to lead Poor communication from the top Zero transparency The more arrogant you are, the better your chances of success Promotion is all about who you know, your surname and which MBA program you were on People work in silos

      Wonderful experience initially till the politics kicked in

      Pros

      - Rich multi cultural environment - opportunity to stay in the French Riviera (that was great ) - Stable job - opportunity to move laterally - Fantastic training culture

      Cons

      - once the politics kicked in ( new Boss with a lot of power) it impacted the career growth and took the fun out - can happen anywhere I guess - upwards mobility options are very limited

      You have the right to do what you want to do. Not much pressure. Flexible timings.

      Work is not much exciting. HR is awful. Awful food. Not much to learn.
