      good work/life balance, good pay and bonuses, you will leave by the sea

      Cons

      not a tech company, do not expect using cutting edge company. technology and quality of code is not their priority. it might be good if you are looking for a first job, or just a job, not very good if you want to improve your coding skills and have a developer career (good if you want to move from code to product definition)
