Cons

Lots of politics involoved. The Miami office is run by snobs who look down on other offices in the US. Too many acquisitions and not enough time is spent on trying to manage what they currently have on their plate.

There is no issue with leaves

Cons

The whole pune office is a chaos.The team only last for 3 months .You will not create any dependency here. After every 3 month you will get new team new code base with strict deadlines.No food options outside office campus nor good food in offc.Location of office is weird and feel deserted
