Amadeus reviews

I worked in this company for more than 5 years, The things were really great since the top management was from Europe but as they started growing in BLR and started hiring top management from India the culture became worse. My Senior Manager stopped me from International Mobility also even though I was selected multiple times just because he wanted to save his face before upper management . I was a top performer before he joined. There are lot of old people at top level which doesn't leave their place. Since the wind is in favor of India that is why it is keeping afloat.

Bad work life balance. Managers don't care about employees health they just want to get the work out of employees. It is a bad idea to join Amadeus if you are seeking for work life balance( unfortunately nobody talks about it). In the name of facilities HR gives cult membership to 70/3000 employees which comes around 2% of total employees in Bangalore office. Unfortunately every other employee (at least in my team and few teams I know) is overloaded with a lot of work. Bangalore management divide employee efforts like 30,40,30 % and ask the senior members to work on three different projects. When it comes to support, the tools and process in Amadeus is crap most of the applications does not gives you the right logs instead it leads into the wrong direction. Managers push you to complete the task as soon as possible. Managers out unnecessary pressure on the team which leads a bad delivery and rework/escalations.
