- Work-life balance is ok in some BU and projects while in others especially services its really bad. - Agile and SAFE implementation is just for the namesake, client deliverables drive everything. - Too much politics and many old team members try to run the show instead of managers. - Developers being scrum masters as well takes away independence from the rest of the team. - While most service companies are still in WFH mode, Amadeus and its policies around WFH has been absolutely confusing. - Not sure how they find tell they are top 5 best places to work in.

- No quality work. - Poor management, they don't care for employees problems. - Unfair policies - Variable pay is myth. - If you are leaving you'll most probably lose your variable pay. In case if you get(involves politics) your variable pay you'll atleast lose 4 months of variable pay and 17 months in worst case. Lost 14 months of variable pay in my case. - Hikes have been reducing year by year. Almost single digit hikes now. - Most of the employees are not aware of the hidden policies. No visibility of policies.
