Pros

Good engineers, projects with big impact

Cons

Politics in the company is too heavy (I guess it’s true for any big corps). Also, the PIP culture is real.

Pros

1. Learning curve at Amazon is great because with every project there is something new to learn 2. When you are bored of the space you have been working, switching teams internally is easy

Cons

1. On-call cycle: You are expected to work any time there is an issue during your on-call week 2. Leadership: Your experience of work totally depends on the kind of leaders you are working with. (Not all of them are good to work with)
