Pros

Salary at par with market standards. Very friendly environment. One thing that we can always count on is our colleagues and Leadership. They try reall hard to make sure they are providing best work culture.

Cons

When it comes to Customer Support, after a certain period, the process looks very stagnant and boring and uninteresting. Currently, there is almost zero growth in Customer Support business.

Pros

Work environment is very good. People are very helpful. They always care for you. Policies are for employees. Cafeteria is there 24 hours. Incentives and food coupons helps financially.

Cons

Due to night shift initial period looks tough. They can move you in any process. Sudden decisions are made without any intimation.
