I worked as a CSA at amazon india pune. Training people are good Open work culture, no dress code Hr policy excellent

Cons

Uptill level 3 people are understanding. Management just know how to trap employees by motivating them and get the work done in pressure. Dont value the potential who actually wants to learn and grow High number hiring and very less growing opportunities Shift timings
