Insecure job. Pressure at work. Performance improvement plans should be more easy and more lineant. Professional team leaders should be employed

Currently nothing, i recommend not to join this company due to recent organization changes.

Cons

So many from transportation to wage structure. Amazon doesn't care, reduced our wages and it's like indirectly telling leave the organisation.
