Pros

Working with really smart people. My team had many women managing and leading tech teams which was nice.

Cons

Things move fast and can get messy, you’ll need to be able to navigate ambiguity

Pros

- Okay compensation, if you have enough RSUs left in the pipeline - You get to work with a bunch of smart people

Cons

- Toxic hustle culture - Baseline expectation is to "exceed expectations" - for which you'll get "meet expectations" rating - Stack ranking - High churn rate, most of the good employees leave - Toxic and obtuse management - Terrible work life balance - Slow promotion process - you're effectively required to work at next level for at least half a year before you're even considered for promo to that level (basically working over and above your current level, for no additional pay) - Some mild racism/sexism
