Pros

None at this point. There were plenty before the layoffs started but now they're gone

Cons

Low salary for non-technical role - always Business no longer values core principles Underhanded ways to get people fired/quit that never should have been hired

Pros

The team work culture is excellent, some team mate go out of their way to make sure you understand and solve your issues promptly. Also, practicing their 14 principles shapes the way you think about work and develops a strong working culture within you.

Cons

Amazon works in small teams, and they have many teams. Your luck depends on that, you can get a narcissistic manager obsessing with micromanaging you. No real ownership although they claim it, you get micromanaged. Also, no path for career growth outside of Amazon's bubble

Pros

Amazon values diversity. They gives new comers a training that educates them on importance of respecting other's culture, background, sexuality and gender identity. In fact, Amazonians make always me feel valued respected.

Cons

Since my teams works across time zones, I often feel difficult to manage to participate/schedule a meeting.
