Pros

Great Medical benefits Good for students looking to make some cash while in school Good for individuals looking for a second job Good for seasonal work

Cons

Vacation accumulation is slow (until you have some respectable time invested) Shift work is not for everyone Strict attendance policies Promotions from PA to AM are dependent on your AM selling you to other AMs when the rankings are done 2x per year. It's not about tenure o talent. It's about who likes you and wants you to be an AM. VTO can be annoying when production is slow The pay is low if you have your own bills and rent to pay. This is an FC environment, it is an extension of retail.
