Pros

3 day weekends. Met some great people and friends. Job security. Ability to move up within the company if you put in the effort.

Cons

They hire almost anyone so you meet some people with some terrible attitudes and no work ethic. This can lead to some low morale which really sucks your own motivation. Work can be monotonous and unchallenging.
