Pros

benefits, all be it, pretty crappy ones, but they are available.

Cons

very poorly managed, was one of the first people to be trained at MDW5, very disorganized in both training and post training after the trainers had left and the operations staffers had taken over. Either they had very little operations knowledge and got the job on a whim, or they had there head in there butt during memo's from there bosses.
