Pros

Great benefits, multiple paid and unpaid time off options, maternity and paternity leave, good work life balance, near endless career opportunities across a range of diverse fields

Cons

If you look only at the short term you may find better pay in another job, the company has very high standards and holds people accountable to those standards so if you are not someone who wants to be responsible and think outside your comfort zone this likely is not the place for you. Long hours during the holiday season
