Pros

The company saw my work ethic and quickly decided to move me up from T1 > critical roles > T3 in under 4 months of hiring. Is it easy work, absolutely not. Is it a place where you show up and do honest work and get recognition, absolutely. This job can be a paycheck with the option to make it a career. It is up to you. The opportunities to better yourself, go to school, make something more of yourself...it is all there for the taking. YOU need to do the work, do not expect someone else to do the work for you. It is your career, take a hold of it and thrive.

Cons

Lazy folks are every where waiting for handouts.
