Pros

If you need work and want to gain experience, I'd say start with this company. They offer benefits that can help propel the career you want to end up in the future.

Cons

It can be stressful when you get into management roles because you will be dealing with different personalities. The workers in the warehouse will have complications in the long run and it's one of your job to help them through it.
