Pros

Benefits, flexibility depending on role, networking potential, remote*

Cons

Promotions are more about personality and how much you work yourself to death than about actual performance and leadership potential. Leadership is out of touch, or out of their depth. Culture has really taken a bad turn. The pay isn't competitive anymore.
