Pros

Driven peers that all are relatively smart. Recognizable brand and projects that show worldwide impact. Happy hours and team events pretty regularly.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. Many leaders spending time on the “who did this” rather than “how can we fix it?” Many people put on development plans or forced out due to stacked ranking system. Processes are all very fluid and turnover is so high that usually you’re working with people who don’t understand the process or know their own job. Lots of priority on meeting a deadline rather than doing it the right way.

Pros

The environment is always changing, super fast paced and is innovative.

Cons

Work-life balance is very poor. Unfortunately the only people that get promoted are the people who put their jobs first. It is great place to work for single people, but not if you have a family or want one.

Pros

Great enterprenuerial environment where one can really make an impact on the business. Great co-workers who work hard at what they do. Input was actively solicited by Senior management and I felt that my opinion was valued and listened to.

Cons

Working in a fulfillment center prevented me from enjoying Christmas and Thanksgiving since that is the busy season. It was all hands on deck so I couldnt travel to see family. As the company has matured it was beginning to lose some of the laid back culture that it had. Very much a place where you are expected to jump in and contribute - the downside of this was there was not a lot of training - though there were resources for support
