Pros

Great pay and benefits. Great co-workers. Sometimes Amazon throws really good parties for us and shows appreciation.

Cons

Management sucks. They work on there computers all day complaining and threatening you to work faster. The breaks and lunch period is too short. We stand for hours and hours and they only gives us two 15 minutes breaks a day with a 30 minute lunch. Your break starts as soon as the break time is scheduled.
