Pros

You get to work with extremely talented people, under a mechanism that is designed to force you to move fast and drive changes at a global scale. There are always complex challenges to be solved but you'll be surrounded with the right people to thrive and grow professionally like you never did.

Cons

It's overwhelming for the first months or even years, there's always something new to learn and a new tool to use. You never get comfortable in a same role, although that's partly why you'll never get bored and will keep on learning at the same time.
