Pros

* Leadership principles that keep you engaged and easily on-boarded. * Clear career growth plan that motivates you. * Attractive compensation packages. * Amazon cares for a life-work balance. * Very open minded Organizational culture. * Amazon strives to keep things interesting at all time (It's always day 1)

Cons

* Unique way of working that might be difficult to some people to get use to it. * Very self-service on-boarding plan. Sometimes you need more guidance, specially when you are new. * A lot of acronyms difficult to follow. * A lot of systems involved in a same process. * Not a great experience with IT on day 1. Important to highlight COVID situation and the big demand that day from new hires.
