Pros

The most amazing, smart people I've ever worked with in my life. You get to work on cool projects, lots of opportunities to do all kinds of things. You almost never hear "No" as an employee you always have the opportunity to contribute and grow the business

Cons

I've been here five years as a manager and individual contributor. The rumors you hear about abuse are completely true. Yes people cry at their desks on a regular basis. Yes managers are given unlimited power to browbeat and abuse employees. If you are lucky to be on a team with a mentally healthy manager you will be fine. But upper management has no system to change the culture.
