Pros

Unique environment, lots of new ideas and very tech heavy. Learn a lot. Very smart colleagues. Recently cool offices.

Cons

Very US centric so if you work outside the US you won't have much control. Very strong analytical and self-starter culture - you need to be prepared for this.

Cons

No attempts to create a balance for employees who want to succeed AND see their families Leadership is not willing to be reflective about their own leadership failings, but expect their directs to be better than they are
