Pros

The company has great health insurance. If you have no degree or experience, you can still move up the ladder and into any department. Your safety team will get to hand out Squincher pops to thousands of workers, putting smiles on everyone's faces.

Cons

Constant schedule changes. Very high turnover rates. Work is VERY easy, but long and meaningless.
