Pros

Other companies love people who work for Amazon because of the structure. Use it as work experience and get out Dont stay longer than 2 years in the L4 position

Cons

Underpaid and overworked Not paid your worth for the level of work you do Your job is glorified babysitting of Operations You have to get adults who make way more than you to do their job with absolutely no power to do so Hourly employee held to salary standards They dont actually care about safety, its just optics for the media
