      Pros

      You could be a builder and ship features to millions of customers easily.

      Cons

      PM do have a lot of control over what features get priority and overall directions of the product, so you can build cool things but do not get chance to eventually reach end customers.

      I have the most amazing managers, who really cares about their employees. The pay is VERY competitive and some WFH is allowed

      Cons

      Sometimes there are tight deadlines or work gets a bit stressful, but I don't mind it
