      Excellent culture in terms of emphasis on learning, training, etc. If you love to constantly learn new tech, AWS ProServe is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Job satisfaction tends to depend on the customer at hand. Sometimes customers are difficult to work with or don't have clear direction on what they want. But that's part of the job.
