Initially, you get the chance to learn and grow in your profile (pretty small period to ramp up), Good teammates.

Cons

Worst management, metrics are poorly defined which doesn't showcase an engineer's full potential, and engineers are judged on that. First, the metrics were checked every month then it was a week, then daily. For sure AWS is customer obsessed and they don't care about their employees.
