      Toxic workplace & waste of time - so disorganized

      absolutely none - avoid at all costs

      Cons

      They need to care about their employees more, not just force them into teams that are disorganized and have no structure. There's never any audit or accountability. It's also shocking how dated the internal systems are - modernization is desperately needed. Managers are cold, lack empathy, and really only care about metrics.

      Pros

      Hardworking teams with some good processes in place. Like the Bar Raiser program and Tech communities.

      Cons

      Everybody is scrambling around grasping on to work tasks. Company is growing, promotions are quarterly. People are looking for stuff to add to their promo docs. The one's who are not chasing promotions are worried that they may be ranked at the bottom, so they are chasing work and brown nosing desperately
