      - huge possibility to learn systems at scale - few other companies work at the same scale - overall good perks

      Cons

      - Non-existent work/life balance - Overwork is the norm / lot of burnout - Lot of paperwork / not much spent on coding or "deliver results" - non-competitive salary

      Fantastic Team - Some of the smartest minds in the industry Great opportunity to solve big problems - that really matter Tech Alliances with the most exciting companies in the world 97% of the People are very very kind and helpful

      Cons

      There is an ocean of knowledge. Sometimes it gets tough to understand where to get the right information from. It all boils down to creating a good network. And having a nice onboarding buddy. If you don't have a helpful onboarding buddy, you are going to have a tough few first months. Where you have to figure out everything by yourself.
