Pros

WFH and could be a good career starting point.

Cons

Awful training and onboarding experience, limited support received from team. Had to bear unnecessary pressure due to unprofessional leadership. Some teams are busy with a very toxic culture and managers tend to abuse the power they have. If you don't want to be stabbed in the back, you need to keep written records of how things happen, which is time-consuming. DON'T COME HERE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Pros

Good pay, remote job, plenty of training materials. Encourages in learning new skills

Cons

Long hours. New Hire Orientation is all over the place. Will train you on things that has the least importance and will let you start all confused and find your own solution.

Pros

Salary is good but that's the only thing I can think of as pros

Cons

The culture is the worst and super toxic. Hire to fire, fake performance data, and PIP without valid reasons happen daily in any organization.
