Pros

Nothing really comes to mind unless you enjoy being abused. They used to allow us to work remotely unless needed on site but no longer.

Cons

Unsustainable work loads, understaffing, gaslighting, you name it. When I first started a lot of our projects really did bring value to our customers but now the only projects that are being done is fluff for manager promotions. Hard work is not rewarded, only flashing documentation that makes it look like you work hard.

Pros

Amazon talks about how its always day 1, and we should always be innovating, and its day 2.

Cons

They don't care about the staff, the pay is decent especially in your first 3-4 years bc of the RSUs but it honestly just isn't worth it
