      The return to office policy is in-sane. Level promotion is difficult (upward mobility is quite limited). Salary increment per year is less than the inflation rate. No well-being support, only 14 days AL, which is considerably very little as a MNC in Hong Kong.more than 80% of the staff has less than 2 years tenure. Turn over rate super high.
