Benefits are a joke. had two choices for insurance and you either pay 1300 deductible OR a 3,000 deductible before your insurance will kick in. I am a single person and would have never made the 1300 deductible.. and this is every year you have to do this... so they wanted me to pay 70.00 a paycheck, for what?? I go to dr. I have to pay full price because I didn't meet my deductible. I was treated horribly by the rest of the team.. im not blaming the entire company for that..just the department I unfortunately got stuck in... but when you complain to upper management they will do nothing but turn it around on you and make you look like the bad guy... I received absolutely NO training at all. There is NO HR orientation for new employees. NOBODY teaches you about the culture but when you step out of bounds YOU are punished... I say.. How am I suppose to understand the company and how you want me to do things if no one is willing to show or explain.. You then have to ask a million questions because you were NEVER trained..when you do ask for help.. they throw you some pamphlet to look through with "directions" THEN you are accused of bothering people and being to confrontational. This was absolutely the most HORRIBLE experience of my career and I will NOT even put this place on my resume.. Advice to anyone.. Pass on this place!!!
