Pros

Great team unity, welcoming environment

Cons

I don't believe there were decent enough provisions or training in place for management to address mental health of team. My mental health issues following hidden intense depression and bereavement allied with subsequent PMP feedback of "lacks self awareness", when the leader was themselves very reserved, have troubled me for years. It's never sat well with me.

Politics have ruined everything

Pros

Wide variety of roles and benefits are decent. 401K match and incentives are good.

Cons

Too many politics. The culture has devolved into clicks and favoritism. Really great, long tenured, leaders are being laid off and replaced with lower cost poor talent or DEI checkboxes.

Don’t work here

Pros

None at all, you don’t even get onboarded to the team. I have worked for multiple huge businesses and have never seen such an incapable team.

Cons

Besides being asked on my first day if I was on birth control, my boss told me they were underpaying me and I was also discriminated against for submitting a health related request for my disability at work signed by a medical provider. There is no design work being done in most sectors, and if you are young and pretty you will be harassed and abused. There was no access given repeatedly for technology required to do the job and no one takes meeting notes. The offers program is a mess and the turnover is embarrassing. My boss was about to cry on the daily and is terrified of upper management - millions of dollars are being wasted and they don’t want to fix anything just keep their jobs and go on vacation every month. If they hire you they will not onboard you and even project managers are doing design work for their tech teams because there are no design resources and there are no design leaders doing design work.
