Pros

Endless opportunities to progress on your career. The company has so many opportunities and internal job openings that once you’re in, there’s need to change the company even if you want completely change your career path. Temporary work assignments offer a great way to get a feel of what you like to do before committing fully for a new position. Compensation for your time is good. Base pay is hourly and quarterly bonuses and annual raises are based on metrics and each employees performance. Benefits they offer are hard to beat including generous maternity leave, annual paid time off and financial assistance for school. Military spouse dream career!

Cons

Middle management can be hit or miss. Some are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their team and each individual’s success. Others seem to lost their interest on their position on being a leader or do not have the experience to perform a leadership position. Sometimes being part of such a huge company you can feel like you’re just a body to complete the work. However managers do offer opportunities to have one on one meetings or are always available when meetings are requested.

Pros

Remote opportunities, equipment provided, flexible shifts

Cons

The company unfortunately hires supervisors with little to no experience in travel. Your success is also based on your luck in being assigned to a competent team and you must constantly gather evidence to prove you followed company policy because of an error comes up you will be blamed if it was your fault or not.

Pros

The only pro at the time was working from home.

Cons

Many. They are extremely strict and they do not have good trainers. If you complain about any manager or their demeanor the one that will be fired is you and reprimanded it. Its like horrible in there and you must DO everything how they say. They record you and embarrass you in front of your other co workers. They run through the training and expect you to know things right away. I would NEVER WORK FOR THEM AGAIN.
