      Great company culture, opportunities for development, and solid brand.

      Cons

      Compensation not on par with other financial firms in New York. This is supposed to be offset by a great work-life balance, but that is really a mixed bag depending on which group you work for. Finance teams, in general, don't have a great work-life balance. If that's what you're looking for, join one of the marketing teams.
