I loved making a difference in the world by helping previous and future donors set up appointments to come in and donate blood. One donation can save up to two lives! They also recognize their employees and really make them feel special when meeting their job requirements. Overall. Fantastic company to work for!

Cons

None other than it being a call center work environment and when employees get sick it spreads like the plague.

I worked in the second shift. Some days I worked by myself, which would get boring at times.
